I was traveling for work and was hit by another driver while I was driving a rental. About as messy as it could be. The team at MWT helped me navigate the multi-state medical mess, the multi-insurance quagmire, and the multi-state workers compensation swamp to get the most compensation possible. They were up front with the costs, and I felt like my medical recovery and recouping of losses were their upmost priority. If I were in KS/MO and in another accident, they'll be the first I call. After the ambulance. Word of advice - up your own policy coverages as high as you can afford. Otherwise, an at-fault driver with state minimum insurance and no assets can totally ruin your day.

I worked mostly directly with Sam Schulte and Pam Mitchell throughout my case but I wanna give a great thanks to the team as a whole, they helped me in every step of the way in both understanding my case and in getting my personal needs met throughout the process. Their communication is outstanding and I am grateful to have been a client of theirs and I am unsure if I’m able to disclose the details of the results but they were able to gain a settlement of the full amount available to me. I would definitely work with them in the future if ever necessary, 10/10 I would recommend them to any loved ones or anybody for that matter.

This firm is honest and upfront with expectations. Our experience with Scott Mann was excellent and he was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole work comp process. While we hope to never need Mr. Mann's services again, should circumstances require a work comp attorney, we would absolutely call upon Mr. Mann again.
